minter Small package for computing effect sizes for meta-analysis of interactions. Using data from factorial experiments, this allows you to calculate main and interactive effects between factors.
orchaRd I collaborated in orchaRd adding functions to conduct leave-one-out analysis and plot their results. Also help a little bit to maintain the package.
